Voted

I Voted! Selfie

Yes, I vote as often as I can.

To those who think there are millions of people voting illegally, I vote once per election.

I do my best to vote every election.  This year’s ballot was long; marijuana initiatives, efforts to keep money out of politics, raising the minimum wage and a few other things like judges, comptrollers and this and that. Except for one exception, I only voted for people I was familiar with.

Damn Right!

But of course, I was primarily there to vote against HATE. So yea I voted for Claire McCaskill. I was somewhat enthusiastic about it. I am happy to see her thwart Trump and Josh Hawley, who has decided to hug Trump. And I think Hawley is kind of sleazy. He just started his attorney general job last year. He clearly simply used that election for name recognition towards the Senate or governor. It is too obvious and arrogant for me.

McCaskill has her conservative leanings, but I appreciate that she can be pretty tough. Lastly, she voted against Kavanaugh and I want to reward her for that. No other candidate can beat Hawley in this election, so McCaskill fit the bill for this election. Defeating Hate is number one for me.

And then November 7, 2018

On the other hand, there was one Democrat I had to pass up.
